over Bay Bridge take 5th Street exit at light make soft left onto Harrison one block west turn left on 6th Street continue two blocks to 280 North extension
get on 280 for 3/4 mile take first exit Mariposa/18th Street turn right at stop sign and follow 18th west six blocks to Arkansas turn right for one block Yoga Sita on corner of Arkansas and Mariposa

from the north:
over golden gate bridge
follow waterfornt along Embarcadero south to 280 extension just past SBC park
get on 280 extension and over toright lane immediately
exit at 18th/Mariposa street
follow instructions for from the east, above, from this point

or, from the north from Lombard or Bay Street take Gough Street across Market to division/13th street left on Division follow to circle at Showplace/Henry Adamas/8th Street continue on Division 2 blocks to De Haro right on De Haro, left on Mariposa, Yoga Sita two blocks up on corner of Mariposa and Arkansas
